Cookies and browser storage

Current storage

The application uses local storage for your sign-in token and for the storage-notice preference named plotbite_cookie_consent. These are browser storage entries, not an advertising consent platform. Reading articles does not require registering or accepting advertising.

What is not enabled

Third-party ad and analytics scripts are currently disabled. Choosing a notice button does not enable them. The notice is informational; it is not a certified consent-management platform and must not be used as one if ads are introduced. The calculator does not save inputs between visits or send them to a server.

Clearing storage

Sign out to clear the application's sign-in token. Your browser's site-data controls can clear all local storage for this domain, which also resets the notice preference. Blocking storage may prevent persistent sign-in, but public guides remain readable.

External services and future changes

Opening an external catalogue or app-store link takes you to that provider's storage and privacy practices. Advertising activation would require a separate review of applicable consent requirements and an updated policy before loading the relevant scripts.
